Chablis Premier Cru Beauregard

Cultivated in a very small area, this « Premier Cru » is very characteristic of the Courgis soil.
Crisp and very « kimeridgian », it also develops the presence of pears and honey aromas.
It mellows after being stored in the cellar for three to four years.

Wine : Chardonnay
Average age of the vignards : 20 years
Vinification : Pneumatic pressing. Fermentation is done in heat-regulated vats. Malolactic fermentation is done. Indigenous yeasts.
Wine growing : Stainless-steel vats
Ideal serving temperature : 10-12°
Ideal related food : Ideal with fish and sea food prepared with spicies and the most glamorous Oriental food.
