From November 9 to November 10, 2019, our company carried out a two-day group construction autumn tour. The company's employees actively signed up and participated. With the theme of "Heart cohesion, facing the future and surpassing together", the whole process runs through the two main lines of climbing the peak of Daming Mountain and playing the theme park of "wind Valley". 

Daming Mountain is known as "little Huangshan", and a poem praises it: the wonder of the great tomorrow lies in thousands of mu of fields. This was once the place where Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, trained and stationed troops. Finally, the rebel army set out from Daming Mountain, and the hidden dragon came out of the abyss and swept the world. Choosing this place as the place for League building activities also has the significance of trying to touch the luck of our founding emperor, so that our company can also ride a horse to Pingchuan in the industry and achieve higher brilliance.

In this league building activity, we helped each other to solve the problems encountered in the League building, such as the discomfort of some girls due to the large temperature difference when climbing the mountain, the fear of heights of colleagues when climbing the ropeway, or the slowness of climbing the mountain with their families. We can patiently help these colleagues to overcome difficulties and cheer each other up, Let everyone feel the warmth of love from colleagues in the cold mountains.

The next day's theme park activities were relatively relaxed, including hot-air balloon, go kart, rock climbing, small train, grass flying, New Zealand scooter and other games, including some competitive games. We cooperated and competed with each other, and ended this group building activity with a relaxed and pleasant heart.

Through this league building activity, we have enhanced mutual understanding and trust, strengthened the cohesion of the team, and brought us the belief of consistent pace, mission and challenge.
